How to be justified - Cristiane Cardoso - English | Cristiane Cardoso - English

That’s how faith works, first we see what we want and then we go to conquer it.  That’s how it was with Abraham.  After many years had passed and the promise of a son hadn’t been fulfilled, Abraham started questioning, so God took him out of the tent and said to him…

He brought him outside and said, “Look up toward heaven and count the stars, if you are able to count them.” And He said to him, “So will your descendants be.” Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness. Genesis 15:5-6

God is the One who gives us a vision of what we want and that vision is never small nor insignificant.  After all, He’s not about such things… Our God does only the extraordinary!

Abraham believed, in other words, he stopped questioning and doubting.  He believed and that’s it.  When we truly believe, there are no doubts… no explanations needed.  How should I know how God is going to do what He promised?  The only thing I know is I believe!

That’s how it is my friends, faith justifies us.  Abraham’s belief justified him.  God only works through faith, if you believe, He does the rest.  If you don’t believe, He can’t do anything for you…

So… Stay in the faith!
